A varietal Pinot Noir from the south of France by Burgundy born Catherine Delaunay. The nose is redolent of raspberry and cherry with floral notes and a delicate hint of oak and vanilla. Round and supple on the palate, with crushed red fruit, a touch of jammy plum and well integrated, rounded tannins, finished by a mineral freshness true to the variety.
